Mobile operators warned that the legitimacy of “jamming” – is questionable. “Theoretically, to establish such a signal can be killer. Especially today in Ukraine it is legally possible to buy such devices, – says pres-secretary of one of the mobile networks Viktor Ruban. – Power device is sufficient to suppress the signal in several constituencies (radius – 50-60 m). However, it is likely that the zone of action of such a device can get a bystander. In this case, it could be a violation of his rights as a consumer, and the lawfulness of the actions of officials to install “jammers” could be challenged by that subscriber in court.
